You don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin. That’s what process is for.
We bring clarity, structure, and creative thinking and adapt our methods to fit your project’s shape, scale, and timeline.

1. Orientation

Every collaboration begins with listening

We start by understanding your goals, your audience, and where you are in the process. Whether you’re dreaming up something new or refining something existing, this step is about clarity and alignment.

Tools we use:

  • Initial questionnaire
  • Creative consult session
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Needs assessment
  • Vision deck / early sketching

What we need from you:

  • Openness, context, and any early materials – even if they’re messy
  • A short call or meeting is enough to begin

Creative Consult fee:
Our first session is a paid Creative Consult: 130 EUR for 60 minutes.
This gives us space to think properly, ask the right questions, and see whether the collaboration is a good fit.
If we move forward together, the consult fee is deducted from the final project fee.

2. Scope & structure

Before we act, we outline the path

Together, we define the project’s shape: what needs to happen, when, and why. We identify outcomes, responsibilities, and timelines whether the project is big or small.

Tools we use:

  • Task & milestone planning
  • Budget and resource mapping
  • Deliverable lists
  • Gantt chart or timeline sketch
  • Miro, Notion, or shared documents

What we need from you:

  • Availability to co-plan key steps
  • Honest input on time/resources
  • Clarity on decision-making roles

3. Design & delivery

This is the heart of the work

Whether it’s a brand system, a communication plan, a funding application or a publication, we co-create, iterate, and deliver with focus. Every service has its own tools but the structure stays the same:
plan → create → refine → finalize.

Tools we use:

  • Design drafts and feedback loops
  • Shared folders and version control
  • Weekly check-ins or status updates
  • Clear rounds of review (v1, v2, final)
  • Workflow notes and handover docs

What we need from you:

  • Timely feedback
  • Trust in the creative process
  • Someone to sign off when it’s time to move forward

4. Review & next steps

The end of one phase is the beginning of the next

We wrap things up properly and prepare for what’s next. That might mean archiving materials, preparing a handoff, or outlining a new phase together.

Tools we use:

  • Final debrief / retrospective
  • Documentation of process
  • What worked / what we’d change
  • Support for implementation or growth

What we need from you:

  • A moment to look back
  • Share insights
  • Decide what comes next, or simply say “thank you, we’re good!”

Fees after the consult:
Because every collaboration is different, we don’t work with fixed package prices for the next phases.
Once we understand your needs, scope, and timeline, we prepare a proposal tailored to the actual work ahead.
