Ideas we couldn’t let go of
Some visions start as quiet thoughts. Others come from long conversations, scribbled notebooks, or moments we can’t forget. Over time, they ask to be built.
These are our own projects – the ones we shape slowly, with no brief and no client. They’re where we test ideas, explore new formats, and make our own rules. From music education to youth work, fashion to festivals, there’s always something growing in the background.
We build these projects not just to create, but to learn. To understand what works (and what doesn’t) from the inside out. That way, when we help others launch something new, it comes from real experience – not theory.
